Some Important Scheme of Government Of India

 As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, here are some important schemes of the Government of India:


1. Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY): This scheme aims to provide financial inclusion to all by ensuring access to financial services like banking facilities, insurance, and pensions to the unbanked population.


2. Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY): It is a scheme for providing loans up to a certain limit to small businesses and individuals for income-generating activities.


3. Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY): This is an accident insurance scheme that provides accidental death and disability coverage to individuals at an affordable premium.


4. Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY): It is a life insurance scheme that offers life insurance coverage to individuals at a minimal premium.


5. Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY): This scheme provides crop insurance to farmers against any yield losses due to natural calamities, pests, or diseases.


6. Atal Pension Yojana (APY): It is a pension scheme aimed at providing a defined pension to citizens in the unorganized sector.


7. Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: This is a cleanliness drive aimed at achieving the goal of "Clean India" by promoting cleanliness and sanitation practices across the country.


8. Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao: This scheme focuses on the welfare and empowerment of the girl child by addressing issues like female foeticide, improving education opportunities, and enhancing the status of girls in society.


9. Make in India: This initiative aims to promote manufacturing and attract investment in various sectors to boost economic growth and job creation in India.


10. Digital India: It is a program that aims to transform India into a digitally empowered society by promoting digital infrastructure, e-governance, and digital literacy.
